Bryant Vette

About Bryant

I have significant experience working with adults addressing symptoms related to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addictions, sexual issues and trauma.

While working alongside primary care doctors, psychiatrists, and others through a collaborative care model, I have worked to provide care to members of my community for the past 26 years.

I view myself as a caring individual and attempt to enter into a mutual relationship of understanding with those I am assisting to better facilitate the change process. I work to come alongside someone to both guide and support them as they face challenges and make decisions.

I work to instill hope for change as part of helping others examine their beliefs and thought processes and assisting them in evaluating and changing or altering them. As part of this process I work to cultivate an affirming atmosphere to promote safety and openness with clients by both accepting where they are at as well as helping them engage in their own change process. I also believe that building personal skills, gratitude and mindfulness are keys to the change process and I continue to strive for these within myself as a means of ongoing growth that will benefit those I am able to work with.
